« I have always been into cooking. From high school to my further studies, I dedicated myself to this discipline. I had the chance to work with great professionals, such as the ice-cream maker Stéphane Augé (Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007), and in gastronomic establishments in Bordeaux and across the country (Monaco Monte Carlo Beach Hotel, Hotel Sofitel Bordeaux Lac, Hôtellerie Les Criquets in Blanquefort, etc…). Other opportunities lead me to work in the United States, especially on the Riviera boat from Oceania Cruises.
After ten years working in the catering business, I decided to take my chance and launch my company as caterer in Blanquefort, Gironde. My goal is to make your events unforgettable through my cooking skills. In 2017, my wife Marie joined the company in order to bring her support in its management.
